MAILING LISTS

With our mailing labels, you can quickly and easily mail your news releases, direct mail pieces, review copies, samples, press kits, fliers, brochures, catalogs or newsletters to your target markets. Sending out press releases is a powerful way to generate orders.  One suggestion: choose from our media, publication and other lists and send out your press or news releases. Every book, product, service etc., needs a press release!  If you are not sending out press releases you are missing a big segment of the market. Press releases result in direct orders!

FORMAT: On one-across, pressure-sensitive labels - ready to peel and stick, or on disk in ASCII comma delimited format- ready for your mailing house. Labels are sent peel & stick unless specified disk.  Most but not all of our lists have zip + 4 addresses. The number in each list is approximate since we are continually adding to & cleaning our lists.

COUNTS: Lists are printed separately and in zip code order unless specified otherwise. Also available: sort alphabetically or by company name. Note:  C = Canada, F =Foreign, UK = United Kingdom.

CONDITIONS: Labels are rented for one-time use only. No right is given to copy or duplicate labels or to compile a list of names from our labels. Our lists are "seeded" with dummy names and use beyond the one-time rental fee can be quickly determined. Unauthorized use is billable for each use at three times the rental price. Our lists are protected by copyright and trade secret law.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee 95% per list and will pay .25 for each NIXIE over 5% sent to us within 45 days of list rental. (Only nixies with our label attached can be considered). Most companies guarantee only 90%. Expect some returns; people move and forwarding orders expire. No refunds or exchanges. All incorrect address returns sent to us can be exchanged for an equal number from any list. Specify list.

SHIPPING: Most orders shipped within 24 hours but sometimes things happen either here or with the postal service. We send orders by Priority Mail. For faster service we can send Express Mail or Fed Ex for an additional charge.

Partial lists available from most lists (except where noted) at 9¢ per label, plus $10 set up fee. Minimum order $20 per list. Some larger lists can be broken up - $90/m.
